**Inventory Planner - Direct Deliveries**
The DD Inventory Planner will work for the Inventory Manager within the Group Inventory Management Team and will focus on optimising the customer experience by arranging the timely and efficient delivery of stock direct from an agreed Supplier to the end customer for our ‘I’ line range of products ('I' lines are products in the master range that are not stocked in our Distribution Centres as they are too bulky/expensive - e.g. safes, large shredders, large boards).

- Liaising with Suppliers to confirm ETA’s and other order details
- Updating the Master ‘I’ order file with the latest order and ETA detail
- Managing the ‘I order’ mailbox, responding to requests for ETA’s and order updates
- Co-ordinating queries from Suppliers around pricing and delivery requirements
- Receipting PO’s on system where Supplier has confirmed delivery so that customers can be invoiced.
- Improving and developing working relationships with Vendors.
