As the Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all orders, logistics and financial activities of the company and ensuring compliance with customers and drivers This is a key leadership role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with customers and co workers.

- Manage all aspects of the company's operations, including logistics, orders, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
- Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships
- Collaborate with other departments to develop budgets and forecasts
- Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to accounting principles

- Hire controller or Office Admin: 1 year (preferred)
