Event Administrator

**Overall Objectives**:

- To coordinate all the venues events
- To develop relationships with the internal client
- To plan outstanding events for our private, corporate and internal events

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Meet and exceed the venue budget set for catering and venue hire
- Plan and coordinate the confirmed events from the point on contract to the week prior to the event
- Create contracts and events sheets
- Organise event requirements through to final details
- Collaborate with the internal client regarding their internal events calendar
- Manage key external suppliers to ensure the successful delivery for events
- Ensure event finances and invoicing is managed effectively
- Send deposit and final invoices to the clients
- Chase the event debtors as and when required
- Manage the venue online profiles and third-party listings
- Upsell where possible to ensure maximum profitability of each event
- Work towards team and individual targets
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Create detailed function sheets for smooth handover to operations
- Maintain and update the event diary and CRM system in a prompt and timely fashion

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
