Eventus Recruitment are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join a successful IFA / Financial Planning business based in Knutsford, Cheshire. This job presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced IFA Administrator who wishes to take on additional responsibilities and follow a Paraplanning career pathway.

**Role Responsibilities**

The successful IFA Administrator will assist the Financial Planners and Paraplanners with client support and administration. Some of the duties within this job will include:

- Point of contact for new and existing clients to deal with any queries
- Process new business and ensure clients are kept updated with progress
- Deal with letters of authority and requests for information from external providers, chasing and checking the ceding information that comes back
- Complete all review meeting letters and associated regulatory requirements
- Update client for new and existing clients on a CRM system
- Process withdrawal requests
- Process switches and portfolio rebalancing
- Process bereavement cases
- Process Trust documentation
- Write suitability letters for ISA/UT/Bond/Pension new business and top ups
- Potentially move into writing suitability letters for pension transfers

**Person Specification**

The incoming IFA Administratorwill have previous experience working in an IFA Practice / Financial Planning firm.

In addition, you will be competent with using various software packages. You will also have:

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately process data and information
- Good understanding and knowledge of liaising with providers and clients.
- Experience and competence of using various industry software packages and CRM systems
- Work well under pressure and ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate and work well within a team.
- Excellent command of the English language
