Maths and English Tutor

Teaching Personnel are looking for experienced educators who can work with young people for the following three reasons:

- We support local authorities to put access to education in place for young people who are Not in Education and have SEN or SEMH needs.
- We provide tutors to work in schools and other settings with students who have recently come to the UK and speak little to no English (ESOL training/experience required)
- We provide tutors for students who have been excluded from school and out of education.

We take referrals for both primary and secondary aged students. Majority of our referrals will be to support pupils with special educational or SEMH needs.

Timings are generally flexible, although generally we get requests for tuition within school hours, Monday to Friday, term time only.

I have received a lot of referrals around the Carterton area for Maths and English support for Secondary aged pupils. They have varied for 4 hours per week to 10 hours per week.

£25-£30p/h hour pay rate for 1:1 tuition (dependent on experience) - we are a PAYE company so we pay half of your national insurance contribution, plus we also pay into a pension scheme for you for as long as you work for us.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
