An exciting opportunity has become available, we are now recruiting for a Aftersales Administrator to join our busy team at Billingham Bell Truck and Van.

You will need to be able to display exceptional administration skills; and have the drive to achieve the company’s objectives. Most Importantly, you must be a team player. Previous motor trade experience is essential, Kerridge and the one linked system wouldbe a distinct advantage.

Main duties:

- Calling customers with completed repair Job cards to obtain Final purchase order numbers
- Taking incoming calls to support the Service Team, taking accurate messages to ensure correct call back / booking details are taken
- Ensuring Filing is kept up to date daily for audit trace
- Supporting the Invoicers with retail invoicing - upon completion of inhouse training
- Training towards Invoice / Release role for Warranty & R&M
- Ensure Parts return sheets are provided to Parts dept. daily for warranty returns
- Participate in warranty/R&M audits as required
- Assist the Scheduler with Inspection and MOT Bookings
- Preform Pre Check on Job cards produced to ensure R&M is valid and EVA Recall checks have been performed. Leading to Pre order of Recall kits are required
- To carry out general service administration tasks, including post as required.
