able2achieve ltd is a registered care provider developing essential skills and self-confidence for young adults with learning disabilities/difficulties and mental health through learning, living and working. We are currently recruiting to the following posts:
Learning Supporter - to support young lady settle into a new home and explore her new community - looking at voluntary opportunities, clubs, social activities and groups. The lady will also need support with cooking and keeping on top of her bills. The main tasks will be to support and enable people with a learning disability/mental health to take positive next steps towards their independence. Support them to reflect, evaluate and recognise their learning and experience of their actions and provide personal support, assistance, guidance, encouragement and inspiration.

**Starting salary - £10.42 increased pending qualifcations.**

We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, creative individuals to provide a high standard of care and support on a day-to-day basis. Recognising and encouraging choice, dignity, privacy, self-worth, respect and community participation. You will work as part of a support team for the benefit of tenants in their own home.

**1:1 Support**
- **REF: AP1 10 hours per week to be used flexibly around staff member and learner.**
