- Working hours are 16:00pm-20:00pm
- 28 days holiday pa
- Based in Reading
The Mail Sorter is a hands-on role, working within the warehouse section of the Service Centre. Working directly with secure, customs cleared parcel you will be responsible to ensure that all legislative health, safety, and security standards are met, highlightingany concerns to supervisors for further investigation/clearance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process all incoming and outgoing parcels
- Manual lifting of parcels is required
- Manage day to day workload and seek support when required
- Ensure warehouse is left in a clean and tidy condition after end of shift
- Multi-Tasking
- Scanning Parcels to ensure they go to the right postcodes
- Working as part of a team as well as individually
The successful Person:

- Excellent written and verbal communication knowledge and understanding of manual handling techniques
- Able to work to deadlines
- Good teamwork
- Experience within a warehouse environment (preferred)
- Able to perform physical requirements of the role
