**Summary**
We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant in our Perms division to join this diverse, distinct and down to earth agency. Are you a positive, outgoing sales professional with a customer focus at the heart of everything you do? Are you a natural at forminglong term relationships and partnerships? Their experienced team recruit permanent, contract, and temporary workerson a nationwide basis across key sectors such as Office Support, Sales, Creative & Digital, IT, and Warehouse & Driving.
Their foundations are based on down to earth, personable, consultative and partner led recruitment leading to an effective outcome for all parties which adds value long term. Trading since 2016, 2023 is a year of further growth as they look to capitaliseon local and national opportunities within their market and continue to push forward.
**Role**:
- To use a variety of resourcing methods to proactively support in your job search
- Build an understanding of your clients, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment and what they look for in a recruitment partner
- Offer and advise the client on our suite of recruitment solutions for their campaign, honestly, consultatively and collaboratively selecting the best method for them
- Structure your working day/ week to include client management, business development and sales calls to meet and or exceed agreed KPI’s and targets.
- Other ad hoc duties as required
You will be quality driven with efficiency and results at the forefront of your mind. You will be confident on the telephone and face to face and keen to impress and further develop our recruitment offering across the Sheffield City Region.
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who is a self-starter with a motivation for success. You will be confident in business-to-business sales through a variety of techniques and be comfortable working to KPI’s. You will have experience of producingresults and achieving/exceeding targets.
You will be experienced and proactive in using LinkedIn and will be a car driver with a full UK driving license.
