Baler Operator

**Position Summary**

Due to continued growth and development, WRC is recruiting an **Operator **of a **Harris Centurion Baling Press** to join our growing team in support of our ongoing expansion in the Environmental industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated individual looking for their next career move.

**Duties**
- Operating recycling machinery
- Ensuring Health & Safety regulations are being followed at all times
- Carrying out daily inspections of equipment
- Forklift and telehandling operations
- Keeping baling station clean and tidy
- Quality control of all baling grades to ensure compliance with our customers requirements

**Requirements of the role**
- Competent understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Working closely with WRC’s SHEQ Manager and Maintenance Manager
- Excellent time-keeping skills
- Good communications skills; Liaising with other members of staff at all levels
- Recycling plant experience is essential
- Forklift and telehandling experience is desirable
- Good organisation and planning skills
