**What is the role?**

Delivery Assistant / Storeperson. In Stansted we operate several restaurants / Bars, including Perch - a premium cocktail bar and Sunny Side, a beach style café. As a Store Person for our Stansted Airport operations, you will be organised, confident to work alone and possess excellent self-initiative skills to ensure the restaurant is clean, tidy, well stocked and prepared for the busy service. The role will take in deliveries from the designated area in the airport and allocate it as required in our stock rooms and restaurant/bar, ensuring to rotate as you go. Heavy lifting and manual handling are key for this role. Other duties will include replenishing the restaurant from the busy service, cleaning and organising as required and preparing food items ready for the shifts. It is a varied role so you must be flexible and have a hands on approach. You will often work alone or with a small team so you must be a self-starter and able to follow instruction well.

Due to airport flight schedules, our shift times vary. Our morning shifts can start as early as 3am and our late shifts can finish up to 11pm so you must ensure you are flexible to work one of these shift patterns. You will also be required to obtain a security pass to gain access airside at the restaurant, for this you will need to provide 5 year’s checkable referencing.
