JOB SUMMARY

City College Peterborough is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Sugarcraft Tutor to join our dynamic Learning for Interests department. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in curriculum development and make a significant impact on the learning journey of our adult learners (aged 19+).
As a Sugarcraft Tutor at City College Peterborough, you will become an essential member of our team of highly experienced and supportive professionals. Your dedication to delivering the highest quality lessons to every learner will be evident, as you bring your extensive knowledge and passion for sugar crafting to the classroom, igniting the creativity and enthusiasm of your learners.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Demonstrate expert knowledge in the art of sugarcraft, providing comprehensive instruction and guidance to learners.
Foster a positive and engaging learning environment, encouraging learners to achieve their full potential.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective teaching approach that aligns with the college's standards of excellence.
Monitor, support, and record learner progress, offering personalised feedback to facilitate growth and development.
Deliver innovative and stimulating lessons that capture the imagination of your students and enhance their skills.

**Requirements**:
A deep understanding of Sugarcraft and its various techniques.
Proven ability to build strong working relationships with learners and colleagues alike.
Experience in monitoring and supporting learner progress to enable successful outcomes.
Creativity and adaptability in developing engaging lesson plans.
A team player with a commitment to achieving collective goals.
