We are seeking to recruit for the position of a Poker Supervisor at Aspers Casino Newcastle.

This position will report into the Gaming Customer Service Managers and will be accountable for the Poker Club daily operation.

The role will lead and motivate all Poker Club team members to deliver an engaging, positive customer experience.

Role responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Vigilant and visible operational leadership
- A relentless focus on customer satisfaction and recognition
- Commercial understanding of the Poker customer base in Newcastle
- Supervisory support for the Gaming Customer Service Managers
- The successful execution of operational initiatives
- The management support for an efficient and effective team

**_Selection Criteria _**(Desirable)**
- You must hold an eligible Scottish Disclosure
- A minimum of 2 years Gaming and/or Poker Room experience
- Ideally supervisory experience within the Gaming environment
