**The role**:
The Student Accommodation team plays an essential role in attracting a diverse range of students to Bristol and helping to deliver an outstanding student experience.

We plan and manage the annual allocation of more than 10,000 beds in University-owned and partnership accommodation, delivering high-quality customer service and advice to students.

If you are a systems-oriented problem solver who is passionate about enhancing the student experience, we want to hear from you.

**What will you be doing?**:
Focusing on customer experience, you will have the opportunity to work with staff, students and external partners to develop the service by identifying and implementing improvements to the system and our processes.
- You have a track record of systems and process improvement and putting users at the heart of service delivery.
- You are passionate about delivering a high-quality customer experience.
- You have excellent prioritisation and organisation skills, with the ability to manage a busy workload with competing priorities.
- You have advanced IT literacy (esp. Microsoft Office), excellent data management skills, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- You have strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- You have excellent attention to detail and care about getting things right.
- You take ownership of problems and seek to find sustainable solutions.

Please note this role offers hybrid working, with an expectation of 2 days per week on campus.
