**Car Sales Administrator**

Christchurch, Dorset

We are looking for an experienced **Car Sales Administrator** for a Franchised Car Dealership based in the **Christchurch**, Dorset area.
- Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of vehicle orders.
- Provide support to the Sales team to ensure all paperwork is completed accurately.
- Tracking orders.
- Bringing vehicles into stock and checking to customers specification.
- Ensure all information is received in time for scheduled handover of vehicles.
- Invoicing vehicles.
- Taxing of vehicles using AFRL.

**The Successful Applicant**
- Excellent Administrative skills.
- Professional manner, confident and extremely well organised.
- Keen attention to detail and able to prioritise work schedules to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- Experience of working as a Car Sales Administrator.
- Experience of using industry specific systems e.g. Kerridge or Pinnacle
