Job Title: Lettings Negotiator
**Duties**:
- Conduct property viewings with potential tenants
- Negotiate rental agreements on behalf of clients
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about properties to clients
- Generate leads through various channels, such as online listings, referrals, and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and property values
- Prepare and present property listings to potential tenants
- Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
- Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork and documentation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in real estate sales or lettings is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of local property market trends and regulations
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
- Valid driver's license
