**The focus of all interventions will be**: To reduce drug related harm to individuals and the wider community. To actively seek out service users at risk of contracting BBVs and offer harm reduction advice alongside screening. Workforce development (to increase testing across the service by cultivating understanding and confidence in all volunteers, peer mentors and staff). To actively encourage and support those with Hepatitis C to attend their hepatology appointments.

To support the Hepatology team and ensure the recording of treatment interventions is accurate. Collation of data to support on-going surveillance of at-risk population. Contributing to the development of innovative models of hepatitis C treatment that reflects local nuances and diversity. Ensure harm reduction remains the focus of all models of care.

Liaise with service user groups to drive prevention and promote Hepatitis treatment. Support peer and service user involvement to deliver health education and health protection relating to hepatitis C. To assist in case finding for people currently in service who have a positive Hep C diagnoses or people who require re testing due to continued high risk practice
