Football Coach

**About us**

We are a Football and Futsal coaching organisation who help develop young people in a fun, fast paced, creative environment.

This role requires any potential coach to be available on a Monday and Tuesday in Paisley.

**Responsibilities**:

- implement our training program to young players
- Teach and demonstrate proper techniques, and rules of the game
- Organize practice sessions to improve player skills and team performance
- Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Monitor player behavior and enforce discipline and sportsmanship
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive team environment
- help bring in new players to the club

Qualifications:

- Previous experience coaching football or related sports is necessary
- Knowledge of football rules, strategies, and techniques
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to effectively manage behaviour and motivate players
- Experience working with students or in a childcare setting is a plus
- Background in physical education or other sports disciplines such as martial arts, basketball, or swimming is beneficial

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 8 per week

- Must be available week day evenings to coach. Monday and Tuesday. Must have experience coaching children. Must have transport.

**Experience**:

- Sports coaching: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
- PVG (required)
