**An exciting opportunity has arisen for a FinGraduate Engineering Project Coordinator, to join our client, a leading global FMCG company with Brands such as Walls, Ben & Jerry's, Sure, Persil & Simple based at their manufacturing facility in Gloucester(GL4).**

**This is a full-time temporary role for 12 months working a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, to start ASAP.**

**This role is paying between £31,000 per annum.**

We are currently recruiting a Capital Projects Coordinator to assist with the management and coordination of Engineering Project activities on site. The role will require effective coordination of multiple stakeholders, such as Project Engineers, MaintenanceManagers, and production personnel to ensure project plans can be defined and executed successfully. The role will also assist with the full site capital expenditure budget, ensuring effective forecasting and spend updates in collaboration with the site projectengineering team.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage the full site capex cost tracker
- Ensure all projects timelines are documented and highlight any conflicts
- Work with Project Engineers and maintenance personnel to ensure visibility of use of contractors
- Ensure forecasted spend is accurate and regularly updated
- Coordinate activities within the programme
- Update work in progress
- Assist with financial aspects of Engineering Projects
- Provide executive summaries of capital financial spend
- Improve and simplify capitals submission processes
- Assist with transition between submission systems
- Update training information
- Support Maintenance departments with updating systems
