Crystal Collections Limited is a collections and recoveries firm, specialising in the recovery of vehicles for multiple lenders within the Financial Services industry. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and provide full UK coverage with head offices in both Mold (North Wales) and Essex.

This position is fully office-based at the Mold facility, with plenty of free parking and nearby amenities. The position is full-time (35 hours per week Monday-Friday). Part-time hours will be considered for the right applicant.

Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- Working alongside the current team to deal with Client cases from beginning to end, including the completion of summary and closure reports.
- Creating new cases based on Client instructions.
- Dealing with incoming telephone calls from Customers and Clients, as well as making outgoing calls to book appointments and make further enquiries.
- Following all company processes and regulatory guidelines to ensure Customers are treated fairly at all times.
- General office administration activities.
- Accurately updating all systems in a timely manner with all relevant information.

Full training will be provided and the position offers plenty of opportunity for further development in both the role itself and throughout the business.

**Experience**:
The successful applicant **must have**:

- Good Microsoft Office working knowledge (including Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, and be able to manage own time effectively
- Be confident speaking with Customers and Clients on the telephone
- Be educated to minimum grade C in English and Maths (GCSE or equivalent)

Desirable skills and experience (**not essential**):

- Confidence in using computer systems (full training on our bespoke systems will be given)
- Previous experience of working in a Financial Services firm
