Position: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Ellesmere Port

Hours: 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am weekends as and when required

**Salary**: Highly Competitive Hourly Rate + Bonuses

Due to growth and investment our client is looking for several Multi Skilled Engineers who are Electrically biased to join the team working within a leading FMCG company, the company offer ongoing training and development with the opportunity to progresswith the growth of the business.

Key experience to include fault-finding both electrically and mechanically on all plant machinery, conveyors, palletisers etc.

Ideally you will be apprentice trained or NVQ Level 2 in Engineering

Main Duties include:

- To ensure that all maintenance work is carried out with due regard to the safety of employees adhering to relevant regulations
- Provide reactive and planned maintenance
- To assist efficiency improvements by reducing downtime
- To help maintain all maintenance records, ensuring all documentation is in place and up to date
- To help build and maintain a cost-effective spare parts store
- To work with operations manager to reduce machine and processing problems in order to improve output efficiency
- Fault-finding diagnostics, electrical, mechanical on high-speed process-lines

Essential Criteria
- Must be a qualified, multi-skilled engineer, with previous working experience gained in a Production environment.
- Must have the ability to work on their own initiative and be a confident decision maker.
- Must be a flexible individual as some overtime working will be required.
- 18th Edition or equivalent Electrical qualification
