Are you an experience Airfare Ticketer? Are you based in Kent and looking for a local / hybrid position?

We are working with a Kent based Tour Operator who are looking for a well organised and motivated Ticketing Executive.

**Duties**:

- Issuing and Exchanging Tickets
- Booking Flights in Amadeus
- Booking Low-Cost Carriers
- Investigating ADMs and contesting any incorrect ones
- Flight Loading for both Beach and Tour Holidays
- Upgrading Clients Flights with Business Class Upgrades and Flight Extras
- Schedule Changes and Flight Cancellations
- Flight Refunds
- Supporting the Customer Experience Team with enquiries

- Salary - circa £27,000
- Hybrid role - Kent based office for 3 days and 2 working from home days
- Fully homeworking also considered
