CASS Administrator required for growing business. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the firm’s FCA Client Money and Custody Asset (CASS) regulatory requirements and responsibilities, including the timely escalation of breaches and issues to the CASS Oversight Manager.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Completion of the daily internal and external client money reconciliations
- Completion of the daily internal custody asset reconciliations
- Identification and rectification of reconciliation discrepancies
- Timely identification and reporting of CASS breaches and near misses
- Analysis of CASS breaches including trends, root cause analysis and rectification
- Maintaining accurate Client Money records
- Completion of the daily Unallocated Client Money transactions
- Assistance with the Production of CASS MI
- Completion of all regulatory training within the required time frames
- Providing assistance to the CASS Oversight Manager, as necessary
- Production and maintenance of CASS procedures
- Assistance with the compiling of information required for CASS Audits
- Compiling data required for monthly FCA Client Money and Assets Reporting (CMAR)
- Identification of key risks and controls in relation to CASS and finance processes undertaken
- Ensuring all CASS record keeping requirements are met as per the FCA rules.

**Key Attributes and Qualifications**
- Have previously worked in a finance role, or hold a finance qualification
- Previous experience of CASS administration is desirable
- Strong verbal reasoning skills and investigatory abilities
- An interest in continuing self-development
- Excellent analytical skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- High level of integrity and dependability
- Systems literate, with the ability to manage and improve processes to produce timely, accurate and incisive information
- Ability to manage workload, work independently and meet deadlines
