Gap personnel is recruiting for a company based in Norwich the Uk’s leading manufacture in their field. Due to expansion, our client is looking for the perfect individual to join their team as a Warehouse Leader on a permanent basis.
Working hours:
7.00AM-17.00PM Monday to Friday
**Salary**:
£24.000 to £27.000 DOE
Duties include:
Responsible for communication of information to Warehouse Manager e.g., stock count variances, count accuracy and general warehouse queries.
Track record of working with stock and inventory including inventory-related systems and software
Ensure H&S management best practice is applied.
Ensures all databases are updated in a timely manner.
Maintain high standards of security in the warehouse
Carries out quality control procedures as per company policy.
Ensuring any necessary checks and record-keeping are conducted as required, and that general housekeeping and tidiness is to a high standard.
Confidence in the use of Microsoft packages, with particular emphasis on the use of Excel
Accurate attention to detail at all times
Previous experience in setting up a new warehouse System and implementing the rollout of the system throughout the business.
Self-Motivated
Organised
Effective communicator and delegator
Methodical and logical approach
Team Player but able to work on own initiative
Commitment to deliver
Forklift license would be an advantage.
Driving licence
- Driving duties to the local area will also be a part of this role.
