As a Junior Designer, you will work closely and report to our head of design for the briefing and finalisation of given jobs and tasks. Whilst our head of design will give sign off on your work, you will be expected to manage your workload independently, communicating with our clients whilst collaborating with the procurement and manufacturing team. In summary, the disciplines that you will be working within on a day to day basis include:

- Preparing artwork to be sent to print
- Producing mockups and planning builds within Photoshop, Procreate, Sketch-up and finalising using 3D rendering softwares.
- Collaboration with the team to curate intelligent and creative solutions within the budget of the given brief.
- Participation within client meetings to communicate ideas and deadlines for current jobs whilst managing their expectations.
- Occasional travel to measure venue spaces and brainstorm activation ideas on site. (paid travel and expenses)

**Essential Skills**:

- Strong Knowledge of the Adobe Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign.
- Creative problem-solving.
- Great eye for detail and aesthetics.
- An interest within branding or brand activation design, demonstrated within a portfolio from a design background. (Graphic Design, Product Design, Interior Design Disciplines)
- Able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.

**Desirable but not essential**:

- A BA or higher qualification in a relevant design field.
- Knowledge of Sketch-up or other applicable 3D Modelling softwares.
- Knowledge of Motion Design / Videography software such as After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Knowledge of photography and image editing softwares.
- A background within the hospitality/ drinks industry.
- Full UK driving licence.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
