**The role**:
At Huel we have customer strategy that puts our community at the heart of everything we do. It's vital we are able to keep up with providing a 5 service to all of Hueligans and to help with this we are now looking for a witty, entertaining and passionate Customer Experience Executive to join our team servicing the **French market**
Working in our CE team, no day will be the same. The role provides a dynamic workload, allowing our CE Executives to take ownership of their own market giving them more of a responsibility to drive improvements and corroborate with other departments.

**What we're looking for in you**:
To take your honourable place within our Customer Experience team **you’ll need to be fluent, both written and verbal, in French. **Our Customer Experience executives aren't just a bunch of process
- focussed robots. They genuinely care about our Hueligans and always look to go above and beyond at every opportunity so you'll need to have a genuine appreciation of the impact world-class customer service has, and the desire to deliver at an industry-best standard.
**_This role is based at our Huel HQ in Tring, Hertfordshire. There are 2 shift patterns you would be working across. 7am - 3:30pm and 8am - 4:30pm. There would also be an expectation to work roughly 1 in every 5 weekends._**
