**We are building our team of Live-In Care Professionals to support our clients across York, Scarborough and Ryedale**

This is an employed position with £840 per week salary plus £35 per week food allowance as well as all the other benefits of an employed position including pension contributions, holiday pay and our other benefits including access to our company holiday home in Northumberland.

We offer a variety of working patterns including 2 weeks on/off and 4 weeks on/2 weeks off. These tend to be determined by the clients' needs and preferences.

**Job Description**:
We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in York, Scarborough and Ryedale.** **As a Live-In Care Professional, you will live in the client's home and provide a variety of non-medical services to help them keep independent in their own home.

The role of a Live In Care Professional is both rewarding and enjoyable, working in partnership with the client's family and the Home Instead Team.
- As a Live-In Care Professional, you will be required to provide the highest quality 24-hour care with the appropriate breaks and non
- working time included.
- You will be responsible for delivering your client's personalised care plan and health goals, enabling your client to live life to the full in their own home.
- You will manage your Client’s medical conditions, meals, hygiene and ensure their safety at all times.
- You will maintain a positive relationship with your client, their family, friends and those supporting their health and wellbeing as well as being trustworthy and compassionate.

**Qualifications**:
You do not need any particular qualifications to become a Live In Care Professional but you must have the right qualities for the role. It would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others.

We support our clients living in and around the areas of York and its surrounding villages as well as Ryedale and Scarborough.

Please be aware that this role is UK based and that starting employment will be conditional on your right to work in the UK. Should you require a sponsorship visa to work in the UK I would like to make you aware of the terms you may need to meet for sponsorship. The Skilled Worker visa is open to individuals who attain 70 points by meeting specific requirements such as skill and salary level, English language ability and having a qualifying job offer from a UK sponsor.
