**Responsibilities**

Applications are invited for the post of Service Administrator/Receptionist for our Mertrux dealership in Nottingham. This is a full-time position reporting to the Aftersales Manager.

Your main duties will include answering the telephone and supporting the After Sales Manager and Service Advisors to ensure our customers receive the best service.

You will be front of house, greeting and directing visitors appropriately. Duties will also include progressing/chasing and raising the correct documentation.

Previous experience in a similar role or a similarly demanding role would be ideal. Experience of using Kerridge is not essential but would be advantageous, as you will be using our internal systems to log work.

To be successful in this role you will have strong administration skills, be well organised, and have high attention to detail.

We can offer you an excellent salary package of £20,000 - £24,500 depending on experience, plus pension and life assurance with the opportunity to work in a challenging environment.
