**Role**:Technical Product Manager

Lavandi Talent is currently working with a Fantastic Business within the Beauty and Personal Care Industry who are looking for a skilled and experienced Technical Product Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and develop a solid technical knowledge of suppliers and understand customers both UK and internationally.
- Research and provide feedback from the market, conduct sales forecasting, and develop growth strategies.
- Support and work closely with the sales team to create strong supplier relationships and provide ideal product focus.
- Support Development Chemists to create new formulations.
- Identifying new business opportunities.
- Attend relevant industry exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows to increase knowledge of the industry.
- Strong scientific training - degree qualified, or equivalent, in Chemistry or Science, preferably Cosmetic Science, or equivalent.
- Ability to understand new technologies.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to work unsupervised, using their own initiative, with a passion for cosmetics.
- Excellent organisation, time management & problem-solving skills
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office, with strong knowledge of Excel.
- Full UK driving licence.
