**Progress Chaser**

The Progress Chaserwill support Production to ensure customer requirements are met with timely flow of work through the business functions to meet planning schedules.

**The Progress Chaser will be responsible for**:

- Work Orders to adhere to start dates to meet customer delivery dates
- Ensuring resource availability (Material-Machine-Manpower-Method-Tooling) to minimise delays that could impact delivery on time
- Regular review all work progress on the shop floor and with sub -contractor operations to identify potential bottlenecks
- Raise concerns with the relevant parties and develop expediate plan to remove the risks
- Work with Logistics for timely movement between processes
- Ability to work closely and develop strong relationships with Cell Leaders, Operators, Production Manager, Planning, Logistics, Quality and Engineering
- Take active role in Production Planning meetings
- Working with Planning and Production recommend and implement control actions
- Identify and implement process improvements

**The ideal Progress Chaser will be/have**:

- Skilled in MS Office
- Working knowledge of MRP/ERP
- Organised and Logical approach to workload
- Clearly communicate, both verbally and written to all levels of the business
- Ability to Report Out results
- Excellent house-keeping skills
- Flexible and resilient.

This role would suit an organised and methodical person who will be able to create dynamic relationships across the business to ensure the CNC engineering orders are delivered on time.

The Progress Chaser will need a driving licence (and ideally forklift licences) to ensure materials are moved around the factories.

Hours are 7.30am
- 4pm Monday to Thursday and 7am - 1pm on a Friday
