Pertemps are working with a reputable organisation based in Renfrewshire who are looking for a Service Accounts Support to join them. This role will sit with the National Account Manager and you will be crucial in developing and maintaining relationships with large crucial clients. As the Service Accounts Support you will be essential in supporting customers and meeting their expectations whilst also managing processes. You will be managing KPI’s and SLA’s and also ensuring that all company performance is analysed.
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Build rapport and maintain the relationship with the customer at all levels for the company.- In conjunction with Account Managers create accurate tenders, pricing, delivery & payment terms and technical specifications to maximise margins and throughout- Advise the customer for need of capital investment- Provide data to customer that is timely & accurate- Encourage feedback from the customer- Ensure that customers (internal & external) are kept informed on the level of achievement against each KPI and liaise with Regional Operation Managers, Project Managers and Operation’s Manager to put plans in place to resolve the issues so not to detriment the customer relationship.- Analyse KPI’s and performance statistics on a weekly basis / upon completion of work- Ensure customer escalations are dealt with satisfactorily at source rather than being escalated- Enable a culture of Zero Off sales and motivate team members to gain a sense of ‘’ownership’’ of ‘off sales’ ensuring processes are followed- Contribute to the development of processes, simplification of work flows and efficiency gains.- Attend review meetings with customers (internally & eternally- Maintain an accurate picture of performance and ensure any problem areas are communicated with the account manager together with an action plan to resolve.- Utilise Continuous Improvement techniques to identify problem areas, developing and implementing corrective actions across the business to ensure continuous improvement in all aspects of the service delivery.- Understand and deliver account specific ‘processes’ as and when required- Extensive knowledge on Excel and Microsoft packages.- Experience in Customer Facing role : (this role will require direct contact with Senior Management within our business and also the Customer.)- Administration and Process Management experience- Work as part of a team.- Ability to manage KPI’s and performance- Confident in the ability to present to clients face to face.To find out more about this opportunity contact Codie Smith.
