**We have an exciting new role within our Internal Communication Team, as a **Digital **Communications** Assistant*
As the Digital Communications Assistant you will be responsible for owning and driving forward our internal facing social media platform Workplace. Creating and posting content, managing engagement of the platform, and delivering on our objective to bring our Watches of Switzerland Group communities together across the UK, US and Europe, this new role has the scope for the right person to make a real impact and step-change as to how we engage with our colleagues.
You will possess a natural curiosity in finding newsworthy content from across the business and have confidence in engaging with colleagues in all departments including that of the Senior Leadership Team to create engaging content on a variety of topics including new product launches, diversity and inclusion, ESG and people stories. Whilst working closely with the Internal Communications Teams in the UK and US to create content that supports the overall internal communications engagement strategy, taking direction from the team on the areas of focus and what content is required to support.

- Strong creative flair
- Experience of working in a social media role or with social media responsibilities in a current role
- Proficient and proven skills in capturing imagery and editing (Phone or DSLR Camera)
- Graphic design skills
- Proficient and proven skills in capturing video content and editing (iPhone or DSLR Camera)
- Able to network and build relationships with colleagues at all levels of the business
- Eye for detail, minimising the margin for errors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proactive, with the ability to plan content in advance
- Ability to show initiative
- Flexibility to work outside of office hours on occasio
- Excellent team-working skills
- Adaptable - able to prioritise and achieve deadlines
