We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Sales Progressor / Property Sales Progression Manager to join this well-established property sourcing company in Surbiton, Surrey.

They are renowned property experts and help their clients find the best property deals based on their budget and financial expectations, offering a complete servicefrom finding the right property deal, putting clients in touch with the best mortgage brokers, organising conveyancing as well as letting and managing clients properties.
**About the role
**The role of Property Sales Progressor / Property Sales Progression Manager is a very varied and interesting role and your responsibilities will include:

- Liaising with buyers, solicitors and mortgage broker and ensure that sales transactions complete quickly and successfully
- There is a fast-paced and varied workload, so you need to manage multiple priorities whilst delivering a great service

**About you
**To be successful for the role of Property Sales Progressor / Property Sales Progression Manager you must be / have:

- Previous experience in sales or sales progression within the property industry
- Good administration and organisational skills with the ability to multi task
- Common sense, initiative and excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Good IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

**About the hours & rewards
**For the role of Property Sales Progressor / Property Sales Progression Manager, you will work Monday to Friday (no weekends) and there is an excellent salary on offer of £25,000 to £35,000 per annum depending on experience (including Basic + commission).
