7.5t Driver

We are looking for flexible 7.5T drivers to join our team at Manpower. You will be assigned to our major client who specialise in postal deliveries all over the UK. The role will usually be based in Leeds but we would sometimes require you to start/finishfrom the other depots depots in Bradford & York.

You would need to be willing to start work anytime between 04:00 and 15:00

The role is delivering and collecting mail and parcels from Distribution centres and offices/businesses this is not a residential delivery role.

There will be loading and unloading, which entails pulling pushing twisting and lifting. There is also paperwork to complete and hand held scanners to use

This role may suit someone looking to reduce their hours and maybe do 2 to 3 shifts per week

The shifts vary in length and can be anything from 4 to 15 hours long, you must be willing to accept shifts at 4 hours long (4 hours minimum will be paid)

You must hold a current CPC and Digi tacho card and have no more that 5 points, no disqualifications will be accepted

There is also a 4 hour assessment which must be passed before starting work, this will include a licence check, driving the vehicle, vehicle checks and infringements on your Tacho (major infringements will not be accepted)
