**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of the freight forwarding process, including customs clearance, shipping, delivery, and any other relevant paperwork
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

**Requirements**:

- Relevant experience in the logistics/freight forwarding industry, specifically, global transport logistics and customs clearance, for air freight, sea freight and ground freight
- Experience using Cargo Wise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and multi-task
- Ability to think outside of the box to find solutions for our valued clients
- Full UK driving license
- Ability to commute to our office (Slough, London)

Pay: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
