- Du leitest strategische HR Offshore Wind-Initiativen und einzelne Workstreams in einem internationalen Arbeitsumfeld
- Entwicklung und Gestaltung von Konzepten, Strategien und Entscheidungsvorlagen für Sponsoren und Management
- Abstimmung mit Senior Managern und anderen Stakeholdern über die Ziele der Initiativen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Senior Leaders und Peers
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung neuer strategischer Themen und Lösungen für HR Offshore Wind
- Führe Gespräche und moderiere Workshops mit Führungskräften, Mitarbeitern und relevanten Stakeholdern Entwickle jüngere Kollegen in deinen Projektteams**Dein Profil**
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium. MBA oder andere Zertifizierungen (z. B. Scrum Master, Coaching) willkommen
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Management oder in der Lean-Beratung (mind. 4 Jahre)
- Begabung für analytisches, problemlösendes und kritisches Denken sowie konzeptionelle und strategische Fähigkeiten
- Ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Menschen auf allen Ebenen der Organisation
- Ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten im Zuhören, in der verbalen Kommunikation, im Umgang mit anderen Menschen und in der Präsentation
- Eigenmotivation und die Fähigkeit, in einem Team zusammenzuarbeiten
