- **Salary: Grade F, Point 12-17 - £22,725 - £24,746 actual**

We are looking for an individual with a passion for supporting young people to be successful in their learning.

The Douglas Bader School educates young people between the ages of 5-16 who have a wide range of complex social, emotional and mental health needs.

We have an opportunity for a Cover Supervisor to support and help young people who have often become disengaged with their education and pride ourselves in being able to offer individual and bespoke learning opportunities to support them. We do this by investing time in getting to know our pupils well and giving them a high level of support through small class sizes and high staff ratios.

Although supporting these young people can be challenging, the rewards are immense as we see them develop and succeed in reaching their full potential, gaining educational outcomes and returning to mainstream wherever possible.
