Responsibilities:

- Direct and control traffic flow on construction sites or other designated areas
- Ensure the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and pedestrians
- Use hand signals, flags, or other methods to communicate with drivers and pedestrians
- Monitor and enforce traffic regulations and safety standards
- Report any incidents, accidents, or violations to the appropriate authorities
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when dealing with the public

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Traffic Marshall or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of traffic laws, regulations, and safety procedures
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively direct traffic
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle stressful situations calmly
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required

**Job Type**: Temporary contract

**Salary**: £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
