**Lovania Nurseries Limited** is one of the UK's Top 15 Growers, supplying garden centres and retailers on a national scale. We have a very exciting opportunity now open specifically working with bedding plants and alpines. We wish to recruit a **Grower **to join the successful team. The individual will be joining a very stable and successful family business with a rich heritage built over 4 generations of growing.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work as part of a team to ensure excellent plant health
- Determine nutrient and watering/moisture requirements
- Control pests by implementing Integrated Pest Management (IPM)
- Control environmental conditions by regulating humidity, ventilation, and temperature
- Communicate cultural or plant issues to management immediately
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Working pattern**
- Standard hours are 40 hours (07:00 - 17:00) per week with additional working during peak season, Feb-June
- Weekend work on a rota basis

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,673.00-£25,000.00 per year
