**The Company**:
We’re working with an exciting client who are looking for a result driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join their team. If you have digital marketing experience within a B2B environment, working knowledge of PPC, paid media, CMS, and CRM systems,then this role is for you

**The Role: Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Wokingham**

You will own and develop the digital marking strategy and activity for the brand as well as evolving the website for wider engagement. You will also be managing 1 direct report, so people management experience is a must

**Your day-to-day responsibilities could include**:

- Working with a digital agency to manage customer experience on the website, and to develop the digital marketing plan.
- Monitoring website analytics, KPI’s, and campaigns and presenting findings to colleagues.
- Monitoring company performance in the marketplace, data insights and research.
- Managing ongoing lead generation and acquisition.
- Managing 1 direct report.

**To be successful, you must have**
- At least 5 years’ experience in a result driven digital marketing role - A B2B background is essential.
- Working knowledge and awareness of websites, PPC/paid media, UI/UX design, and customer journeys - You will be working with an agency on this.
- The ability to manage multiple projects at once and work to tight deadlines.
- Experience with managing direct reports.

**Location: Wokingham (hybrid working available - 3 days WFH)**

The role does offer hybrid working and due to the location of their Wokingham office, this would be commutable from Reading, Acton, Wokingham, Windsor, Farnborough, Slough, and Maidenhead.
