If you like helping people, have great PC and interpersonal skills, are organised and willing to undertake an extensive training programme then we would like to hear from you. We are seeking a trainee or trained debt caseworker to deliver advice from our national debt call centre in Leyland.

As part of a large team you will provide advice, casework and advocacy covering the full range of money and debt advice solutions to support clients. You will need empathy, resilience, patience, understanding and good administrative skills too.
