**Senior Technical Coordinator - Residential Developer - Surrey**

**£ 60k (negotiable) + Package**

Potensis Selection are currently working for a high-end residential developer, who are looking to expand their team in the Surrey area by hiring a new Senior Technical Coordinator.

The successful individual will be responsible for technical and design management across high-end residential sites in the Surrey area. They are after an ambitious individual who is keen to progress into a management position.

Main responsibilities will include:

- Obtaine Technical Drawings and approvals to enable efficient site starts
- Minimise risk through provision of timely and high-quality information
- Brief, manage and drive the external consultants in the preparation and issue of production information to an agreed programme, fee and scope
- Prepare the Design Programme and present it at Progression Meetings
- Ensure that working drawings are in accordance with the approved Planning Scheme, and ensure discharge of planning conditions.
