**Business Contribution**:
Responsible for all aspects of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment management within the facility to ensure the required standards of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO14001 are maintained and developed as required.

**Key Responsibilities and duties**:

- Management Representative for external certifications (ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001)
- Proactively support the organization in complying with Health, Safety and Environmental legislation, ensuring compliance across all departments.
- Reporting to Leadership/Management Team members on performance results and compliance of the HSSEQ Management Systems with applicable standards and regulations, including needs of resources and improvement through a robust management review process.
- Leading and mentoring on the effective assessment of all hazards/risks within the organization reducing residual risk to ALARP.
- Reporting and investigation of all HSSE incidents including root causes analysis as required to facilitate problem resolution as appropriate.
- Reporting and investigation of all Quality nonconformance including root causes analysis as required to facilitate problem resolution as appropriate.
- Reporting and continual improvement of HSSEQ related KPIs.
- Development and delivery of the annual HSSEQ Audit Plan including management of resulting corrective and preventative actions.
- Development and delivery of the annual facility HSSEQ Plans and Scorecards including measurement of achievement of the set goals and targets.
- Ensure all HSSEQ rules and regulations are communicated and enforced throughout the facility. Proactively participate towards safety, quality and environmental awareness and improvement.
- Develop and provide HSSEQ training and mentoring to all employees as required including new starter orientations/inductions.
- To always represent the organization in a professional manner, both internally and externally. Follow the published processes and comply with all company policies and procedures “lead by example”. Be an ambassador for the businesses in particular ensure that HSSEQ comes first at all times.

**Required Capabilities**:

- 5 years plus HSSEQ experience with a NEBOSH General Certificate as a minimum (diploma preferred)
- Recognised (CQI / IRCA) auditing qualification
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Must be self-motivated with ability to handle, organize and prioritize multiple tasks and able to perform under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability to promote joint action, cooperation, and communication to achieve results between functions for broader and more complex operation or management issues and activities.
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Takes full responsibility for completion of own projects.
- Works well with mínimal supervision; self-discipline and motivation.
- Flexible and professional approach to work.
