**Role Description**:
In this position, you will leverage your professional expertise and experience to actively assist children in the classroom in reaching their learning objectives. Collaborating closely with the class teacher and fellow teaching assistants, you will customise support for both individual students and the entire class, fostering a conducive environment for enhanced academic accomplishments. Your key responsibilities will be:

- Cultivate a supportive and purposeful environment aligned with lesson plans to encourage inclusion and development.
- Oversee and guide the activities of individuals, small groups, or the entire class.
- Assist the teacher effectively in planning and executing lessons, including resource preparation.
- Offer consistent feedback to teachers regarding students' achievements and progress.
- Exemplify and advocate for positive behaviour, employing suitable language and communication skills.
- Adhere to and implement the school's behaviour policy, actively contributing to the management of challenging behaviour.
- Foster constructive relationships with colleagues, external professionals, and parents.

**This role is a full time role 8:15am - 3:40pm, working Monday - Friday.**
