An opportunity for an HSQE Co-Ordinator has become available in central Birmingham / Midlands area, within a growing business.

The administration and the management of our workers personal records, fleet and equipment. Leading administration and support on all compliance related matters relating to health, safety, quality, and environment.

Co-ordinate the administration around working/travel time, including setting up contracts, and the management of working time fatigue. As well as managing inspections, toolbox talks, bulletins and policies.

Knowledge of the rail sentinel scheme rules and working time and fatigue management would be ideal. Managing compliance for workers, ensuring all processes are followed in line with the working hour regulations and fatigue.

Management, verification and control of worker competency training and records and being organised and able to manage large amounts of data around this.

Managing and supporting compliance to health, safety, quality, and environment matters, in addition to sentinel and in conjunction with regulations, policies, procedures and the HSQ&E advisor.

Management and co-ordination of Fleet vehicles and tools & equipment and all compliance related matters.

Supporting the Operations Manager in relation to Incident Investigations, Site Inspections, Toolbox Talks, Safety Critical equipment used on site.

Health and safety management of the office and direct delivery project sites.

Interfacing with accounts and payroll in relation to ensuring accurate accounting records and worker payments.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
