**Purpose**
The Global Marketing Analytics Leader will help unlock the potential of marketing at Kimberly-Clark Professional (KCP). As capabilities in marketing analytics quickly evolve, we’re looking for someone to take the lead on identifying the right metrics for success, developing measurement techniques to make investment recommendations and formulating insights that will help improve the customer experience and drive business growth through marketing.

The Global Marketing Analytics Leader will develop a holistic marketing analytics strategy that supports the organization’s strategic business plans. The person in this role will develop a marketing analytics community of practice that elevates a data-influenced marketing culture at the global and regional levels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, socialize and work with regional partners to implement a marketing analytics strategy and operational model with a vision and roadmap for the next 3 years on how to begin multi-channel attribution
- Understand and document relevant marketing analytics needs and objectives
- Work with global and regional partners to develop and manage a world-class and future-proofed ecosystem of methodologies, solutions, and KPIs designed to help the business optimize and measure the impact of the omni-channel marketing experience.
- Leverage data from multiple sources to provide insight, uncover opportunities, and support business teams in defining actions (e.g., marketing channels, merchandising changes, devices, UX improvement)
- Drive insights and recommendations by analyzing structured and unstructured data environments, working with ease on data sets or developing decision-making frameworks in situations with limited data.
- Translate business questions into analytical projects that will inform strategic and tactical business decisions. Deliver analysis to influence marketing strategy (by carrying out statistical or data driven analysis that proves causality of marketing actions).
- Architect reporting - data visualization, cadence and distribution standardization and automation that can be used across regions
- Oversee test development, execution, measurement, analysis and communication, centered around a common testing strategy
- Facilitate a global viewpoint on lifecycle campaign analytics, be the keeper of knowledge, and maintain a standard for marketing analytics worldwide
- Stay abreast of industry news and trends, bringing the latest thinking into KCP

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 10 years’ experience in digital analytics, online marketing, eCommerce or related field; B2B experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills - ability to tell compelling stories with data
- Proven experience as an Analytics Manager, Data Scientist, or similar role
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional groups (e.g., Marketing, IT, Sales, Marketing) to execute a digital analytics agenda
- Deep understanding of key analytics attribution methodologies and approaches and a clear understanding of the capabilities and limitations of various techniques in today’s ever changing regulatory environment
- Experience with systems like Google Analytics (4 a plus), Adobe Analytics (SiteCatalyst), Tag Management tools, and Excel a must - must be able to be hands-on with various analytics projects (e.g., creating reports in Google Analytics, developing reports in Excel, etc.)
- Knowledge of the following is a plus: Sitecore, Power BI, R, SQL, Salesforce, Pardot
- Demonstrated contagious positive energy to influence, inspire & drive results

The Global Marketing Analytics Leader is an important part of the KCP CX & Marketing Center of Excellence (COE). In this role, you will work most closely with three main stakeholder groups:

Global Integrated Marketing Strategists:
The Global Integrated Marketing Strategists play an important part in advancing KCP’s marketing capabilities. The Global Marketing Analytics Leader works closely with Global Strategists from the Marketing COE to help regional partners implement best practices in testing, advancing multi-touch attribution, analyzing results and optimizing campaigns.
