**Job Purpose**

The role of Vehicle Remarketing Executive is important to us.

You will be responsible for, The Vehicle Remarking Executive primarily concern is with risk management & the governance of the company’s vehicle assets. The expectation is to dispose of our rent and lease fleet vehicles profitably, and in line with the company’s overall strategic objectives.

We would love to welcome you to our Melton Mowbray office, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.

This is predominantly a field-based role with attendance at the office in Melton required as necessary

**Your responsibilities day to day will be**
- Establish optimal end book (residual) values on a per unit basis
- Selling vehicles to traders & dealers direct
- Determine what reconditioning & detailing work needs to be done to maximize sale values
- Manage the relationship with vendors to optimize sales channel networks.
- Maintain and gather in written form, industry knowledge of sales volumes, incentives, and residuals.
- Get involved in the vehicle appraisals by giving advise only
- More than 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Advanced Excel skills
- Advance IT skills

**What do we expect of you?**
- Must have a strong knowledge of the local market, vehicle values and an in-depth understanding of all auctions and related vendors, financial data and regulations.
- Experience buying & selling commercial vehicles
- Proven negotiation skills in a variety of situations.
- Ability to prioritise and keep to deadlines within a fast-paced environment
- Working in a Team & on your own
- Attention to Detail.
- Time Management
