**£15,000 Per Annum**

Reliable and experienced Weekend Concierge required at this gated residential development in Islington, close to Caledonian road station. Key Duties will include ensuring the provision of excellent concierge services at the development, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, external contractors and colleagues, conducting regular site inspections and operations, acting as the main point of contact for all queries from residents and guests, helping to ensure the safety of all residents, guests and staff at the development, and additional overtime shifts to cover Concierge holidays during the week. The Weekend Concierge should have a professional attitude to service provision, the ability to resolve complaints effectively and within procedures, a can do attitude, the ability to work as an individual and part of a team, and be friendly, helpful, polite and courteous.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £15,000.00 per year

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every weekend
