GAP PERSONNEL are looking to recruit a SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
- Location: Blackburn
- Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
- 40 hours per week
- Flexibility during peak times

We recruit unskilled workers, through to technically skilled and managerial professionals on a temporary, contract and permanent basis, primarily across the logistics, manufacturing, FMCG, commercial and healthcare sectors. And we are on an exciting pathtowards the forefront of the recruitment market

**Skills**:

- Good IT skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure,
- Good attention to detail, able to follow instructions, able to plan and prepare effectively
- Good Administrations skills
- Effective communication with colleagues and customers at all levels
- Able to mentor and coach more junior team members to inspire them to succeed.
- Rational decision maker with the ability to problem solve independently or with some supervision
- Able to follow set out processes confidently and to multi-task and prioritise the workload effectively
- Adheres to deadlines independently, excellent administration, organisational and time management skills
- Great commercial awareness, confident networker, able to develop long lasting relationships through rapport building and understanding the client’s needs
- Able to meet the set KPI’s.
- Independently able to resolve queries when stakes are high, knows the correct escalation routes
- 100% accuracy in compliance, able to identify improvement initiatives and implement them through a consultative approach,
- Efficient and well established within the weekly and daily processes without requiring supervision
