You will work part time - approximately 20 hours per week.

Main duties:

- Bookkeeping for a variety of clients (using primarily Sage, Excel and Cloud Based)
- VAT returns
- Payroll processing
- Accounts preparation work
- Full and direct client liaison
- Advising and training clients and their staff on their own record keeping

It is essential that you are highly numerate, good at planning and prioritising, have great time keeping skills and are able to work independently. A logical and analytical approach is important as well as excellent communication.

Training/assistance will be given where required but this person must have good bookkeeping/accounting foundation as this is a demanding role but for the right person it is also a rewarding position.

This role would suit and require someone who is independent, methodical and self-disciplined with ability to think on their feet and adapt quickly.

It would be advantageous that you have a driving licence as some client visits may be required on occasions.

Office hours are - Monday - Thursday, 9:00am - 5.00pm and Friday 9.00am - 3.00pm. We require you to work at least 4 days of a week over 20 hours within the office opening hours.
